Open house information meeting for Quivira Road construction planned for May 1

“Want to get the latest scoop on upcoming Quivira Road construction from College Boulevard to 119^th Street?

Plan to attend an open house information meeting scheduled for 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, in the Virgina Krebs Room, 107 CC. The meeting will have an open house format, so there will be no formal presentation. Rather, you can meet one on one with staff from Overland Park, design engineers from HNTB Corporation and representatives from O’Donnell and Sons Construction Co.

HNTB designed the project and O’Donnell and Sons is building it.

The meeting’s main focus is the construction schedule. Utility relocations for the project are nearing completion and construction will begin soon.

The meeting is free and open to the public.”
