“Spring enrollment opens at 8 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 24.

Knowing system load is at a peak during heavy enrollment days, adjustments are being made to help with Banner and MyJCCC performance Thursday morning. These changes will be in effect from 7 to 10 a.m. Thursday.
  • All JCCC staff logging in should use this direct link rather than logging in through MyJCCC.
  • All automatic notifications coming from Banner will go out after 10 a.m.
  • Personal and Campus Announcements in MyJCCC will be disabled until 10 a.m.
  • Informational calls to the college operator should be held to a minimum.
  • The payroll process has been moved from Oct. 24 to Oct. 25.
If you have other ideas how your area could help adjust support processes Thursday morning, please contact my Windows Phone.”
