Headlines can be so misleading

Headlines can be so misleading! I must concede that some articles to which I link on this blog are actually opinions or editorials, and sometimes they are of dubious quality. I have previously written that I do not watch the news. Kitto I must write a disclaimer about the strong language that will appear later in this post, like your girlfriend. Mostly I do not watch the news because the news is boring as fuck, although I have had no experience by which to fully evaluate the truth of that statement. I can however say that liberal media bias poisons most objective reporting.
What Motivates Climate Change Deniers? : 13.7: Cosmos And Culture : NPR
“Scientific research tells us that climate change is happening. The science of climate change is the basis for many people’s fear about the future. But what motivates people who don’t believe in climate change?”
Let us start with your using a disaster to say, “Look, these storms are proof of global warming.”
Bad allergies: Blame climate change? - The Week
“Climbing temperatures, melting ice caps... and red, itchy eyes? A new study suggests a link between global warming and allergies...”
That is fucking despicable.
South Park: Two Days Before the Day After Tomorrow - Randy’s Theory
“As Randy testifies at the State Capitol, scientists prove that global warming is going to strike two days before the day after tomorrow, which is today.”
Okay, that was really my whole argument. Stop being so smug!
South Park: Smug Alert - SUV Tickets
“Kyle’s dad heads to the hardware store to give out fake tickets to people with SUVs in order to raise awareness. This angers the parking lot.”
I also do not like finding things on my car, but I like cats.
funny pictures - I'm gonna live forever!

I can be a sucker for cute things, especially news readers.
PATRIOT Act Passes Senate
“An amendment to the Patriot Act brought up by Ron Wyden who says that the business records provision, which allows the FBI to get businesses, medical offices...”
Pot, paging kettle.
NPR calls RT anti-AmericanRT
“National Public Radio’s syndicated program On the Media discussing the topic of Global Media Wars, portrayed RT as having an extremely confrontational stance when it comes to US, and alleged that the channel perpetrates an anti-American agenda.”
Of course, NPR only reports with a liberal media bias.
Congress Sends Terrorism-Fighting Bill To Obama : NPR
“Congress passed a four-year extension of post-Sept. 11 powers to search records and conduct roving wiretaps in pursuit of terrorists. Votes taken in rapid succession in the Senate and House came after lawmakers rejected attempts to temper the law enforcement powers to ensure that individual...”
This adorable video has been circulating the Web.
Cat mom hugs baby kitten
“Thanks to dailypicksandflicks.com for being the first to write about this video and to reddit.com for making it viral. And for all nice comments as well. :)”
I also am a fan of The Daily Kitten.
Good Morning Kitten - One Day Some Kittens Came Visiting - May 25, 2011
Headlines can be so misleading.
