Musical format in our lobby is regularly rotated, and I finally experienced the original Gloria Jones “Tainted Love,” yet the version I heard first was “Tainted Love” as covered by Soft Cell. Similarly, I am familiar with Tears For Fears “Everybody Wants To Rule The World,” which was featured at the end of Real Genius, and recently used to promote Assassin’s Creed Unity as chillingly covered by Lorde.
