“Cledus Snow: Hey, we really ought to pay somebody for that mess we made.
Bandit: [Hands Cledus notepad and pen] I got that all figured out. Just tell ‘em to send the bill to Big Enos Burdette. [Gets in car and drives off]
Cledus Snow: [writing a note] Send the bill to Big Enos Burdette;
Burdette; B, Ber, B-u-r... [sees Bandit take off]
Cledus Snow: Hell, I got to go! [leaves without finishing note]
Smokey and the Bandit (1977)”
As evidenced by the banners on the building in the previous scene, Smokey and the Bandit was filmed during the Bicentennial, man. Also, forgot Garfield the cat turned 40 last Monday; a friend of mine is two days younger, which I mentioned when I wished her happy birthday last week.
Yes, forgot to mention Garfield’s birthday, “Garfield Minus Garfield,” whose character has vaguely inspired mine throughout the years, “Garfield’s Not Meant to Be Funny,” and forgot to initially include an image with “I’m afraid you’re just too darn Loud,” and forgot to change the title “John 8:36” from a passage of scripture.
“and I shall walk in a wide place,
for I have sought your precepts. (Psalms 119:45)”
“Glims is perfect in all forms”
for I have sought your precepts. (Psalms 119:45)”
“Glims is perfect in all forms”
