After the shows at the Ecumenical Christian Ministries building in Lawrence on Friday night, David, David’s grandmother and I went to a Perkins Restaurant & Bakery. Around midnight, well, more like one in the morning, I backtracked to this QuikTrip and saved nearly two dollars on my purchase of gasoline, a savings that I pretty much spent inside the bright and shiny new store.
