“The JCCC debate team was ranked 15th in the nation in the most recent set of national rankings produced by the Cross-Examination Debate Association.A resolution to be debated is to what experiment I could be writing a postscript.
The team is ranked ahead of traditional debate powerhouse schools such as Emory University, Wake Forest University and Harvard and ahead of regional institutions including Missouri State University, Kansas State, Wichita State, University of North Texas and Baylor.
Rankings are determined by the number of preliminary and elimination rounds teams have won at tournaments they have attended. More than 100 member institutions are included in the report.”
