A little more than twenty-five years
ago (my senior-high English teacher would insist that I spell out all numbers less than one hundred), I
first used the Worldwide Web. Some who have known me since those days, and even before, might say in different words that I have peculiar proclivities or affinities, yet I find myself in good company. Like many of the brony fandom, I
recently discovered “
Bizarre But Really Well Animated Horse Cartoon - Guardians of Pondonia,”
which is rotoscoped and features animation similar to Warner Brothers and
elements of classic Hanna-Barbara; the characters accept reality as presented,
all are treated with respect, and none was written as an idiot.
Dōjinshi - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
“Dōjinshi (同人誌?, often transliterated as doujinshi) is the Japanese term for self-published works, usually magazines, manga or novels. Dōjinshi are often the work of amateurs, though some professional artists participate as a way to publish material outside the regular industry.”
“There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear.
For fear has to do with punishment,
and whoever fears has not been perfected in love." (1 John 4:18 )”
This week, I have also given up on trying to get Fire TV and Twitch to work on my Android tablet.
