“The JCCC Golden Girls traveled to Hutchinson, KS yesterday to compete in the first-ever Region VI/KJCAA Cheer and Dance Competition. The Golden Girls placed second in the team dance category and first in the hip-hop category.
Other colleges in competing included Hutchinson, Butler, Barton, Allen, Garden and Pratt.
The team will be traveling to Daytona Beach, Fla., to compete in the NDA Collegiate National competition in April.”
