It’s a good Plan

Friday night, I had to leave work and go to hospital because I became overheated, dehydrated and had high blood sugar, so I need to be better about taking my diabetic medication, and I’m taking those recommendations to exercise more seriously; we have three dogs perhaps I should start walking one since the weather is becoming agreeable
