The Road to El Dorado

A friend is traveling to Kansas to visit his mother and to allow her to visit other relatives. I only borrowed title to the 2000 DreamWorks motion picture with this in mind; he is somewhat like the Spanish conquistadors of old, Cortez or de Soto, who found themselves somewhere near Kansas.
In truth, I am helping Ronni to transport herself and goods and a place to display those goods to De Soto’s Summer Bash. When I had left everything off there, it seems she had forgotten her external extended battery, so I made another trip to De Soto where she was coordinating the vendors.
“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching,
for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,
that the man of God may be competent,
equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)”
