“Two weekends ago, the back-end databases that drive InfoShare were updated, and this past weekend, the front-end of InfoShare was updated and tested. The navigation and search were updated, and improvements to InfoShare content, including the Employee Photo Directory, the Toolbox, news and events, and MyInfoshare (formerly MySite), were rolled out and tested.

To introduce the changes, we've scheduled one-hour get acquainted sessions over the next two weeks. All sessions will be held in the Hudson Auditorium in the Nerman Museum. The December sessions are:

• Monday, Dec. 2: 9:30 -10:30 a.m. or 2-3 p.m.
• Wednesday, Dec. 4, 8:30 -9:30 a.m., 2-3 p.m., 3-4 p.m.
• Thursday, Dec. 5, 9:30-10:30 a.m., 2-3 p.m.
• Friday, Dec. 6, 10:30-11:30 a.m., 2-3 p.m.
• Monday, Dec. 9, 10:30-11:30 a.m.
• Tuesday, Dec. 10, 10-11 a.m., 3-4 p.m.
• Wednesday, Dec. 11, 9-10 a.m.

Additional upcoming sessions focused on using the new features effectively will be advertised on InfoList.”
