Honors symposium is Oct. 26

“JCCC faculty, staff and the community are invited to attend the Fall 2012 Honors Symposium planned for 11:10 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. Friday, Oct 26, in GEB 238. The symposium provides an opportunity for students to present a paper or project they have completed in partial fulfillment of requirements to graduate from the Honors Program.

The program includes:
  • 11:10 to 11:30 a.m. Michelle Wiles, A Picture of Bankruptcy: Through the Lens of Kodak
  • 11:30 to 11:45 a.m. Donna Sanders, Energy Efficiency of JCCC Campus Buildings
  • 11:45 a.m. to noon, Laura Murcia, Childhood Reading
  • Noon to 12:20 p.m. Break
  • 12:20 to 12:35 p.m. J.J. Wang, Compassion, are you still there?
  • 12:35 to 12:50 p.m. Sulgi Yoon, One People, One Nation, One Korea
